Managing the Multigenerational Workforce – a Learning Conference from HRP & SHRM India

To mark the memorable event of a decade, the Association of Human Resource Professionals (HRP) together with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management  proudly presents a learning conference titled, “MANAGING THE MULTIGENERATIONAL WORKFORCE”  on the 25th August 2011 at 4 p.m. at Waters Edge.

Mr. G. Ravindran, GPHR – the Chief Executive Officer of SHRM India will present the key note address based on his extensive research on the challenges and solutions to managing a multigenerational workforce. Along with the seminar a host of activities are lined up on this day. 1.A learning conference on Managing the Multigenerational Workforce

A presentation by Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) followed by a panel discussion comprising of leading professionals. A timely topic which concerns many CEO's, HR professionals, Team Leaders this learning conference will be held from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.

2. HRP signing the MOU with SHRM to be affiliated to its Indian Chapter
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) the world's largest association devoted to human resource management will sign the Memorandum of Understanding with HRP pledging their partnership to add further value to the HR professionals in Sri Lanka in partnership with the HRP

3. HRP 10 year celebrations - Cocktails
We expect that a minimum of 300 will attend this forum comprising both HR professionals and other business managers/leaders from both the private and public sector.
